Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
How It Works:

First blade refill ships 6 weeks after your first subscription purchase.
- Every 6 weeks, you’ll receive 1 replacement blade for $24.95, until you cancel.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Cancellations take effect immediately and stop future renewals.
Warranty:
Your subscription includes a lifetime warranty on your device as long as you maintain an active blade refill plan with a purchase within the last 90 days. If your subscription is canceled or lapses, your coverage reverts to our standard 1-year warranty.
Returns:
All shavers and accessories are covered by our return policy. Most purchases include a 30-day return window, but certain promotions and special offers extend this to 60 days, as stated on the promotional or product page at the time of purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply return your product within the applicable return window for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping, if applicable).
